Customers may receive their website and app within approximately 1–5 business days depending on project scope, communication responsiveness, and technical requirements.

4. Membership Pricing & Billing

Membership pricing currently includes:

• $400 initial setup payment

• $99 monthly recurring membership subscription

Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

Customers who cancel will retain access through the remainder of the current billing cycle.

No free trials are offered.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, or services at any time.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through the official Stripe merchant account belonging to Housekeeping Maid Affordable LLC.

Customers may see “Housekeeping Maid Affordable” appear on their bank or credit card statements instead of Pro Cleaning Academy.

By purchasing through this website, you acknowledge and agree to this payment processing arrangement.

6. Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the digital, educational, consulting, and service-based nature of our products and memberships, Pro Cleaning Academy does not offer refunds under any circumstances for:

• Membership fees

• Setup fees

• Coaching or mentoring

• Website services

• App services

• Digital products

• Educational materials

• Downloadable content

• Subscription payments

Customers may cancel recurring memberships at any time prior to the next billing cycle.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges only and does not create eligibility for refunds.

Refunds related to third-party affiliate products or services are subject solely to the refund policies of the respective affiliate company or provider.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
